At Khirqa, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect every order before dispatch to ensure that you receive products of the highest quality. Please read our Refund & Exchange Policy before making a purchase.
1. Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchanges only under the following circumstances:
- You receive a damaged or defective product.
- You receive an incorrect item.
- The product delivered is different from the one you ordered.
To request an exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
2. Exchange Request Period
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Items without original packaging or tags.
- Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales, unless they are damaged or incorrect.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are only offered if:
- The ordered product is unavailable after payment has been received.
- An exchange cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability.
- The issue qualifies for a refund after review.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where applicable.
5. Color Variation
We make every effort to display product colors accurately. However, slight differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or photography. Such variations are considered normal and do not qualify for a refund or exchange.
6. Quality Assurance
Every order is thoroughly checked before shipment. If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect product, please retain the original packaging until your request has been reviewed.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under this Refund & Exchange Policy.
8. Policy Updates
Khirqa reserves the right to modify this Refund & Exchange Policy at any time. Any updates will be published on this page and will become effective immediately upon posting.
